What kind of products do you sell?
UtiliCore curates practical daily-use products—kitchen helpers, car & travel accessories, and home comfort essentials—picked for real utility, durability, and value.
Do items come with a manual or how-to?
Every product page includes a quick-start guide. You’ll also get a digital manual via your order confirmation email. Need it again? Ping service@utilicore.in with your order ID.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
Pan-India to most pincodes.
How long does delivery take?
Metros: 3–6 business days. Non-metros/tier-2/3: 5–9 business days.
Shipping fees?
Free shipping.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Yes—before dispatch. Email us within 1 hour of ordering with your order number.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, on eligible pincodes
Payments & Invoices
What payment methods are accepted?
UPI, credit/debit cards, net-banking, and select wallets via secure payment gateways.
Returns, Replacements & Warranty
What’s your return policy?
Unused/unopened products are returnable within 7 days of delivery. For used items, we accept returns only for manufacturing defects verified by our team.
The item arrived damaged/defective—what should I do?
Share an unboxing video/photos within 48 hours of delivery at service@utilicore.in. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund as per policy.
Warranty coverage
Most UtiliCore products carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects (see product page for exact duration). Misuse, wear & tear, liquid ingress in electronics, and unauthorized repairs are not covered.

How do I confirm size/compatibility?
Check the Specs and Size Guide on each product page.
Will accessories fit different models?
Only buy accessories listed as compatible with your model. If unsure, ask us with your order ID and a quick photo.
Care & Maintenance (General)
Textiles & cushions
Remove the cover (if zippered) and machine-wash gentle at 30°C. Do not bleach. Air-dry flat.
Electronics & appliances
Unplug before cleaning. Wipe the motor/base unit with a damp cloth; avoid water ingress. Wash food-contact parts, dry immediately, and store clean.
Bulk/Corporate & Gifting
Do you support corporate/bulk orders?
Yes—volume pricing, consolidated shipping, and custom cards/sleeves are available. Email service@utilicore.in with quantity, delivery locations, and date needed.
Troubleshooting (Quick Help)
My electronic item won’t power on.
- Check outlet/adapter.
- Ensure parts are seated/locked properly.
- Reduce load. Let it cool 10–15 minutes if overheated.
